A mini series comprising of three related works.
An ode to my sister and her favourite colour.
Vessels.
A collection of vessels, that I recognise as still-life paintings of my state of mind and if I imagine a vase, it is almost always blue.
Unmasking.
Faces within faces within faces. Oil paintings created with patience and a slow steady breath.
Subconsciously self-portraits.
Layers upon layers. Mixed media pieces created with no intention other than the frantic urge to scribble, a means of processing a question, a way of clearing the noise. I couldn’t plan these even if i wanted to.
